The labour law is available to everyone who is employed. It is very easily accessible by members of the public. You do not need any specific qualifications or criteria to access this law. This law is readily available to anyone that may need it. In a world that contains hundreds of companies and millions of employees this is something that is needed. So when comes to labor compliance management you should know that it is compulsory.

The labour law basically protects you for as long as you are under the employment of a company. So it doesn't basically matter whether you are employed for 50 years or a period of 5 days as long as you are Officially employed by the company then you are under the protection of this Act.

Being in an working environment can be unpredictable. You never know what could happen and when it could happen. There are times when your employer or members of the management team do not mean to export you but unknowingly or ignorantly do so However if you do not know your rights as an employee or the protection that you're under by the Labour Act then you will be exploited without even knowing it

Thankfully the labour law is put in place to assist people irrespective of how much they earn or their social or economic standing in the public. Everyone has an equal right to the labour law. So whether you are an employee and employer or any other member of the working world you have access to these rights and they do apply to you. The labour law applies to everybody who works and gets better salary it also it also applies to bosses and owners of businesses

You should always empower yourself with the necessary knowledge so that you cannot be exploited by people who have more authority wealth and resources than you do
