The Royal Rumble & Potential Usage Of Trailer Graphics

By Michael Robert Peterson

If you're going to talk about the most noteworthy WrestleMania shows, it's easy to see that The Royal Rumble should be held in high regard. It's one of those shows that any wrestling fan is going to be focused on, regardless of how often they watch World Wrestling Entertainment from week to week. With that said, it's easy to see that such an event that benefit from further advertising. In fact, it wouldn't surprise me to see a greater level of usage regarding trailer graphics for this purpose.

If you want to talk about the WWE's most noteworthy events, The Royal Rumble ranks quite highly. The main reason for this is the Royal Rumble match, which is where 30 wrestlers come together to compete for a shot at the world title come WrestleMania. This match is anyone's to win and the fact that the stakes are so high cannot be overlooked. It's also worth noting that this event is seen as the start of the Road to WrestleMania, which makes it that much better.

If marketing is to be done well, companies the likes of JMR Graphics stand to be focused on. After all, they understand the importance of trailer graphics and the fact that they can be built to bring just about any brand to the forefront. For the sake of WWE hyping The Royal Rumble, these types of graphics should be used a month ahead of time, at the very least. This goes to show that long-term growth is effective, whether it's in relation to sports or otherwise.

If designs are going to be crafted, for the purpose of bringing these graphics to life, shouldn't the actual wrestlers be featured? This is especially important when given the appeal of the Royal Rumble match and the idea that just about anyone stands the chance of winning it. The element of surprise is apparent, as I am sure anyone can attest to. However, it can only be applied through creativity, which is a trait that designers of these very graphics can put into practice.

No matter how much WWE engages in marketing, everyone is going to have their sights set on The Royal Rumble. It's not hard to see why, since it's one of the biggest wrestling shows that fans and the general audience alike have focused on. Of course, this doesn't mean that further advertising can't help out. In fact, I firmly believe that the inclusion of trailer graphics will prove to be useful and I am sure that those who have invested in such items will agree.
