He can simply change the channel. However, there is totally no way that one will be able to ignore or avoid a billboard. It will be all over on the face.

A higher level of visibility will facilitate a good return on the amount that has been invested. Thus, the advertisement will end up increasing sales. It can also increase sign ups.
