As per the electronic applications requirement, you are supposed to submit two times declaration and all the documents that you carry should be clear and should reflect the actual values.

You will need specific documents when clearing goods for import or export. One should know at least the commonly requested documents. Some of them include airway bill, shipping bill, bill of lading, sales invoice, purchase order from the buyer etc. The document that shows the origin of the goods is mandatory for all types of transactions whether import or export.
