How To Use A Combined USB And Wireless Charger

By Johny Jacson

The wireless USB charger is one of the newest innovations in the mobile device industry. More and more users are turning to wireless chargers simply because these are extremely convenient to use, even when traveling.

This wireless USB charger is something that will surely set the trend. Universal USB chargers were previously the fastest way to charge up your gadgets, but with QI technology, you can now charge up your device without over-using your device's ports.

As of now, only mobile devices can either be manufactured with Qi receivers or equipped with one may be coupled with a usually separately purchased Qi tech charger. This system would have an inductive power transmission pad, a wire for your pad and a charger or wall adapter to connect it to your power outlet.

Using this, you can charge your device without having to plug it (and put its ports through almost daily abuse) as you just have to place your device on the transmission pad.

As of now there are only a few device brands that were able to make devices that can use Qi technology. Because of this, there are only a few device brands that are on the market that offers enable charging through this method.

The next thing to consider is the specifications. Average power output is rather low at 5 volts, but this is understandable given the other features of the wireless charger. Chargers with higher power output can fill up your devices much faster.

While most charging plates have USB ports, only a few have built-in power adapters, like the Vority Ki+4. Those with built-in adapters are better than chargers with separate cables for charging, because these cables could be vulnerable to damage.

You will now have an option to plug your USB wires of your devices to the charger. There are four ports, two for each power output setting. With these ports, you can charge two mobiles and two tablets. Now you still have the Qi standard feature.

Devices usually have a USB port dedicated to docking the USB charger's wires. These ports can get damaged through use and would require replacement. With the new Qi technology, the only time you're going to need to dock that connector wire is when you're transferring files to a non-Bluetooth enabled device.

With many of the devices used with these chargers being part of a person's default electronic arsenal, they are often charged either during the night or every morning before leaving the house. Without having to worry about tripping the wires that connect the USB wireless charger, phones can be picked up in a hurry without disrupting anything.

To determine good customer support, know your prospective brand's reputation. You can do this by asking around among friends, colleagues, or acquaintances, or by going online to read up on independent user reviews. Brands with good customer support will be easily reachable around the clock.

With this, you wouldn't have to keep on charging your devices in different outlets all over the house. You'll have them all charged with one USB wireless charger in one place. You wouldn't have to worry about that mobile you've placed on its Qi-standard pad either. The charger is made to work at full speed for all five devices without overheating and affecting the device you'll place on top of it for inductive power charging.
